If you had the money to buy the truck of your dreams what would you get?
If you were Andrew Gilmore you would buy this badass 98' Sierra.
This truck has it all, big wheels, a low stance, killer graphics, and an
awesome interior.
The truck is rolling on chrome 20" KMC Hellion wheels wrapped with
Falken low profile tires. The door handles, stake pockets, gas
door, taillights, drip rails, antennae, tailgate handle, and third brake
have all been shaved clean. A roll pan with custom flame cutouts
has also been installed. A shiny black basecoat and the wicked
Candy Gold Pearl flames were laid on by Starbuck Customs.
Belltech 2" drop spindles and Toxic shocks are also in residence in this
ride. Firestone airbags running 1/2" air lines allow Andrew to
lift and lower the truck to his hearts content. Under the hood the
V-6 has an AIRAID intake to allow maximum air flow to the engine.
A Flowmaster exhaust system has also been installed. An optima
battery and some brightly colored wire loom also adorn the engine.
Revo down at Stitchcraft Interiors outdid himself on the interior of
Andrew's ride. The seats have been covered in black tweed with
Leopard print stars and flames inserted. A custom center console
with matching graphics was built between the 2 bucket seats. The
switches that control the airbag system have also been mounted in the
center console. Leopard print stars & flames are everywhere from
the dash, to the door panels, to the headliner, to the bed. White face
APC gauges and an APC billet steering wheel also live in the truck.
To top it all off parts of the dash were removed and painted the same
Gold Pearl as the flames on the outside.
Not to stop there Stitchcraft also installed a Clarion DRX9375R head
unit in the dash, two 10" JL Audio subwoofers behind the seats, and MB
Quart & Phoenix Gold speakers in the doors. Two Phoenix Gold ZX450
amplifiers in the bed power all the speakers in the cab and the
additional 12" JL Audio subwoofer located right behind the amps.
Andrew would like to thank his Fiancé Ally, his family, his club and
all the shops that made the truck what it is today. |
